To confirm a booking I must be in receipt of both completed booking form and retainer (£50). Once I have received both you'll receive a booking confirmation via email.

Trials are available Mon-Fri between 9:30am & 5:30pm. The trial included in the wedding package can take up to two hours, please leave adequate time for this. Punctuality is vital so as not to impact on others appointments. In the circumstance where you may be running late it will eat into your own allotted time so as not to disadvantage other clients.

Children 10 years and younger are not permitted in my home studio. While I appreciate this may not be convenient, my insurance does not cover minors. In the circumstance where a client arrives with a minor, service will be refused and rescheduling will result in additional fees.

Retainer is non refundable in any circumstance.

Bookings are non transferrable. In the circumstance that an event is postponed to a new date, A new booking form and deposit is required to rebook for the new date.

Cancellations. A cancellation of booking within 60 days of event will result in a flat fee equal to the minimum required booking. (£300) less any monies paid to date. Cancellations outside of this date range are free of fees/charges.

Abuse of either physical or mental nature against myself will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any case wherein I deem behaviour inappropriate or fear for my safety will result in an immediate termination of contract and services with no refund of any monies paid.

Client is responsible for the condition of persons included in the booking. Where a stylist deems unhygienic practice  ( e.g. headlice, open wounds, hair matting, weeping sores ) on any head, the service can not take place under any circumstance. No exeptions. No refund will be offered. 

Client is responsible for informing stylist at the time of booking of any special conditions on any person booked for services which may affect styling taking place. Including but not limited to allergies, sensitivities, and conditions. Dani Belle is not responsible/accountable for any reaction to services.

Any changes to a booking must be confirmed as received by us in writing.

In the unlikely circumstance that I am unable to fulfil a booking, the client will be offered a refund of any monies paid (less charges for work completed) or an alternative stylist where available.

Client agrees that any imagery taken by or sent to the stylist may be used for social media & portfolio purposes.

Payment for services.
